Telomerase activity of each group was detected by TRAP assay, a PCR-based semiquantitative method. The average OD values of TRAP assay were shown as the mean ± SE (n = 10). Telomerase activity was significantly higher in S-ODN group and control group compared with other treatment groups. * P < 0.01, one-way ANOVA.
