Figure 7From: SOCS3 inhibiting migration of A549 cells correlates with PYK2 signaling in vitro Interactions of exogenously expressed SOCS3 mutants with PYK2 in A549 cells. A549 cells were transfected with either vector or SOCS3 mutants with distinct functional domains deleted, and pretreated with β-lactacystin 4 h before transfection until the cell lysates were subjected to anti-myc tag immunoprecipitations and analysed by western blot using the anti-PYK2 antibody. The co-immunoprecipitation product was clearly observed in the SOCS-box mutant transfected cells. The results are representative of three individual experiments.Back to article page
