Effects of PD0166285 treatment on the suppression of cell proliferation and the cell cycle distribution. A: The cells were harvested after treatment with (0, 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 μM) PD0166285 (including DMSO vehicle) for the indicated times, and then the cells were counted. B: The cells were harvested after treatment with 0.5 μM for the indicated period, fixed, stained with PI, and analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry. The percent of cells in the cell cycle after treatment were indicated on lower part of the flow cytometry graphs.
