Expression of CD14, MD2 and MyD88 in NB-1 cells. NB-1 cells were incubated with or without LPS at 100 ng/ml for 4 h. RNA was extracted and used for RT-PCR. Lane 1, untreated NB-1 cells; lane 2, LPS-treated NB-1 cells; lane 3, untreated U937 cells. Lane 4 is used as a negative control i.e RNA without reverse transcriptase enzyme (R.T).
