SH-EP cells were untransfected (no), transfected with lipofectamine 2000 (lipo) alone or with survivin siRNA (100 nM) or control siRNA (100 nM), and treated 40 h after transfection with the indicated amounts of NaB (mM), SAHA, TSA (μM) and TRAIL (ng/ml). Cell death was measured by MTS/PMS cell proliferation assays.
