Expression of C4-2 or LNCaP genes in prostate cancer. Shown are the results of RT-PCR analysis of C4-2 (a-e) and LNCaP (f-h) genes in benign prostate (lane 1), primary tumor (lane 2), lymph node metastases (lane 3), and bone metastases (lane 4). The tested genes are: (a) PRG-3, (b) PLD1, (c) CA1, (d) ACA2SL, (e) CARD14, (f) EPHA7, (g) ETV1, and (h) PAK1. Genes unique to cancer cell lines displayed differential expression in prostate and prostate cancer metastases.
