From: Recovery of NIS expression in thyroid cancer cells by overexpression of Pax8 gene
Expression of NIS protein in ARO cells expressing different levels of Pax8 gene. Western Blot analysis was performed as described in Methods. In upper panel/autoradiograph of a representative experiment. In lower panel/the staining intensity is expressed as mean ± SD of values obtained from three different experiments. The data are expressed relative to the control values (cells transfected with the empty vector, ARO-pCMV). Statistic analysis was performed using the one-factor ANOVA, followed by t test. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
