Time dependence of transfection efficiency comparing different transfer methods DNA or liposome-DNA complexes were administered to the top of the tumor growing in window chamber. Electric pulses were applied to the tumor immediately after the addition of DNA. Two sets of electric pulse parameters were used: EP1 (8 electric pulses, 600 V/cm, 5 ms, 1 Hz) and EP2 (8 electric pulses, 1300 V/cm, 0.1 ms, 1 Hz). Average of three animals/group +/- standard error of the mean.
