EBF target genes are expressed in a tissue specific manner. The figure show ethidium bromide stained agarose gels with the products from RT-PCR analysis of Nalm6, KM3, SH-SY5Y and SK-N-BE(2)c cells. The panel shows the expression of actin, SCG 10, CGA, mb-1 and CD19 mRNA as indicated. Serial dilutions using 1, 1/5 and 1/25 of the template cDNA after 25 (actin) and 30 (SCG 10, CGA, mb-1 and CD19) cycles of PCR were used.
