Western blot analysis showing basal Akt and phosphorylated Akt (Ser473) (p-AKT) (A) or basal ERK1/2 and phosphorylated ERK1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) (pERK1-2) (B) in PTEC2 after 2’ treatment with 1 μM Sunitinib and 1 μM Sorafenib in the presence or absence of 10 μM Casodex. The relative expression of phospho-Akt or phospho-pERK1/2 were normalized to basal Akt or ERK1/2.
