Loss of host CD73 did not alter lung metastasis. 25 × 10⁴ B16-F10 cells were injected into the tail vein of WT and CD73^−/− mice. Lungs of mice were removed after 10 days and the number of visible black metastatic nodules on the lung surface was counted. Representative images of lungs from one WT (A) and one CD73^−/− (B) mouse is shown. (C) No differences in the metastatic load of lungs were observed between WT und CD73^−/− mice.
