Effect of NC on the expression of VEGF-A and VEGFR2. The mRNA and protein expression levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR2 in tumor tissues (A, B) or in HepG2 cells (C, D) and HUVECs (E, F) were determined by RT-PCR and Western Blotting. GAPDH and β-actin were used as the internal controls for the RT-PCR or Western Blotting, respectively.
