From: A-770041 reverses paclitaxel and doxorubicin resistance in osteosarcoma cells

Synergistic effect of A-770041 with paclitaxel or doxorubicin in drug resistant cell line. The KHOSR2 cells were cultured in the presence of varying concentrations of either paclitaxel (0.0004–1 μM, A) or doxorubicin (0.004–10 μM, B) alone or in combination with A-770041 (0.004–10 μM) in regular RPMI1640 medium for 96 hours. The inhibition of cell growth was determined by MTT assay. The results are shown as the mean value of triplicate samples and are representative of 3 independent experiments. The student t test was used to analyze the differences between two groups. *P < 0.01 vs. paclitaxel or A-770041 treated cells alone, #P < 0.001 vs. paclitaxel or A-770041 treated cells alone.
