Dual luciferase assays were performed in ZR-75-30 and MCF-7 cells as described in Methods. P < 0.05 vs. controls (n = 3 experiments). (C) 293 T cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids, and luciferase assays were performed 48 h later. (D) MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids and luciferase assays were performed 48 h later.
