Fibrinogen stimulation of GBC metastasis and invasion in vitro . (A) The effect of fibrinogen on the migration of GBC-SD and NOZ cells. The area of the GBC-SD and NOZ cell monolayers treated with fibrinogen (40 μg/mL) increased 24 and 48 h after scratching the media. The histogram shows that fibrinogen significantly improved the migration of GBC-SD and NOZ cells. (B) Transwell migration and invasion assays were performed after treating the GBC-SD and NOZ cell lines, with fibrinogen (40 μg/mL), which is summarized in the histograms. (C and D) Biomarkers for EMT: E-cadherin and vimentin were analyzed by western blotting and qRT-PCR. All graphs indicate the mean ± SD.
