Effects of different concentrations of DIM on AhR and ERα target gene expression. mRNA levels of AhR target genes CYP1A1 (A) and CYP1B1 (B) and ERα target genes GREB1 (C) and TFF1 (D) were quantified in MCF7 cells grown in estrogen-free media for three days, then treated with DMSO, 10 μM DIM or 50 μM DIM for 24 h. Results are shown as fold over DMSO and represent the mean of three independent experiments with standard deviation.
