  1. The ICC and RT-qPCR statuses were defined as positive if either BM1 or BM2 was positive. For 238 patients, either BM1 or BM2 was available; whereas, both BM1 and BM2 were available for 29 patients. BM3 and BM4 results were excluded from this analysis because they were only analyzed if ICC BM2 was positive. Four of the 271 patients had only BM3 or BM4 available and were excluded from the analysis in this table.
