Expression levels of the miRNAs in Tregs from healthy controls and HCC patients. Expression levels of six selected miRNAs were determined by qRT-PCR in Tregs sorted from peripheral blood of healthy controls (n = 7) and HCC patients (n = 12). Expression data were normalized to U6 levels. Horizontal lines represented the mean and error bars represented the SEM. Control_Tregs: Tregs from healthy controls; HCC_Tregs: Tregs from HCC patients.
