The effects of KIF2A silencing on cell proliferation, migration and invasion. The cell proliferation rate at 12, 24 and 36 hours, respectively, was inhibited in KIF2A-siRNA transfected cells (A). The numbers of migrating (B) and invasive (C) cells in the mock and nonsense-siRNA groups were significantly higher than those in the KIF2A-siRNA transfected group (P < 0.001). The data are representative of three experiments.
