Overexpression of PTOV1 in breast cancer cell lines and normal human mammary epithelial cell lines. Expression of PTOV1 mRNA and protein in an immortalized “normal” breast epithelial cell line MCF-10A and breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, ZR-75-1, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, MDA-MB-453, ZR-75-30, MDA-MB-415, MDA-MB-468, BT549, BT474, SKBR3, Bcap37, T47D) and two normal human mammary epithelial cell lines (NMEC1, NMEC2) were examined by western blotting (A) and real-time PCR (B).
