The proportion of correctly or incorrectly classified patients of the learning cohort (A and B) and the test cohort (C and D) are shown. The proportion of correctly classified patients at low risk (A and B) is shown as grey bars and indicates the sensitivity of the different risk scores. B and D show the proportion of correctly classified patients at high risk as black bars and indicate the specificity of the different risk scores. For both cohorts the CRS shows higher true positive rate and lower false positive rate as the separated miR-21 and miR-126 risk scores.
