Staining for: maspin (a-i) and Ki-67 (j, k); a - maspin localization in normal human mammary gland; b-f - maspin localization in different stages of breast cancer, as follows: early stage of ductal breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ, early stage of invasive breast cancer, invasive breast cancer (e, f); g-i - subcellular maspin localization in breast cancer, as follows: nuclear, cytoplasmic, mixed; j - low grading tumor with low percentage of Ki-67 positive cells; k - breast cancer with high percentage of Ki-67 positive cells in malignant cancer.
