EZH2 protein levels are up-regulated in primary embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) tissues. Representative immunohistochemical staining showing EZH2 (upper panels) and Ki67 (bottom panels) expression in sections of normal muscle and primary tumor tissue of two embryonal RMS specimens (RMS1 and RMS2).
