The inhibitions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 activity and mRNA expression in SK-Hep1 cells attenuated their adhesions to HUVECs. SK-Hep1 cells were pretreated with IgG, ICAM-1, VCAM-1, or both neutralizing antibodies (A) or with ICAM-1, VCAM-1, or both specific siRNA (B).
