Resistin induced both ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expressions in SK-Hep1 cells. SK-Hep1 Cells were kept as the control (CL) or treated with resistin (50 ng/mL) for 1, 2, 4 and 8 h. They were then analyzed by real-time PCR for ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA expressions (A and C) and ELISA for ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 cell surface protein expressions (B and D).
