  1. RNA was isolated from Karpas 299 cells and two clones, Dep1 and Dep2, in which CD26 is depleted. SYBR Green-based real-time RT-PCR was carried out on 10 ng total RNA using QuantiTect Primer Assays for CD26, Versican, and GAPDH.
