Data are presented as fold change in tumor tissues relative to normal tissues. (B) HOTAIR expression was significantly higher in patients at advanced pathological stages. (C) HOTAIR expression was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than in patients with non-lymph node metastasis. (D) Patients with high levels of HOTAIR expression showed reduced survival times compared with patients with low levels of HOTAIR expression (P <0.001, log-rank test). ** P < 0.01.
