(A) Hela cells were transfected with pre-miR-negative control (NC), pre-miR-433 (miR-433) or TYMS siRNA (0.75, 1.5 and 3.0 nM). TYMS protein levels were determined by Western blotting. (B) Relative TYMS protein levels represent the mean ± S.D. for three independent experiments. The TYMS level was normalized with β-actin.
