Clustering’s are based on miRNAs found to be differentially expressed (after multiple testing adjustment) between normal and malignant tissue in the PZ ( A ) and in the TZ ( B ). Each clustering resulted in two major clusters, which were both homogeneous with respect to normal and malignant tissues. Green colors are high expression values while red colors are low expression values.
