T83 induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in NPC cells. (A) The effects of T83 on cell cycle distribution in NPC cells were determined by flow cytometric analysis. Left, NPC cells were treated with DMSO control (0) or indicated concentration of T83 for 24 h and then fixed in ethanol and stained with propidium iodide. Right, Quantification of G2/M phase.
