Overexpression of PRAF3 suppresses the activity of MMP-2 and the expression of integrin aV and b 3 . 1.0 × 106 Eca109 and TE-1 cells were infected with Ad.PRAF3 (or Ad.Null) at a MOI of 100. The activity of MMP-2 in supernatants, and the expression of MMP-2, integrin aV and integrin b3 were detected at 72 hr post-infection.
