  1. FAAH inhibitors (URB597, CAY10402), dual FAAH/MAGL inhibitors (MAFP, CAY10499) and NAAA inhibitor (CCP) were tested at concentrations of 1 and 10 μM on cell homogenates (25 μg protein, pH 7.4) and on living cells (105 cells/well, seeded 24 h before) in culture medium. Data are the mean of three experiments and are expressed as percentage of the control containing vehicle instead of the inhibitors
