  1. Serial dilutions of ALDHbr versus ALDHlo cells were s.c. injected into female Balb/c mice, and tumor growth was observed weekly and compared. The tumor formation frequency between both subpopulations was plotted against the number of cells injected (i.e., 5, 000, 1, 000 and 100 cells).
