Fold index plot shows the differentiation between the ordered (upper case: green colored) and disordered (lower case: red colored) based on the amino acid composition. The plot shows extensive unfolded regions (below the 0 line threshold fold index) for the EWS-FLI1 fusion protein based on the average residue hydrophobicity and net charge of the sequence.
