Sen: sensitivity; spe: specificity; DOR: diagnostic odds ratio; LR+: positive likelihood ratio; LR-: negative likelihood ratio; CI: confidence interval; bi: bivariate model; # compared to CA125 with significant difference (p<0.05). All estimates in OC group have no significant difference (p>0.05) with corresponding estimates in EOC group. I² for estimates (sen, spe, DOR and LR±) were calculated.
