Cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of DOX (0-60 μM), CIS (0-80 μM) and MTX (0-1000 μM) during 48 hours. The cytotoxicity was evaluated using the MTT colorimetric assay and the IC50 were obtained from sigmoidal fitting of cell survival curves.
