  1. Ba/F3 cells were washed and incubated in IL-3-depleted media for 5 h and total RNA was collected as reference RNA. Ba/F3 TEL-JAK2 cells were washed three times and incubated in IL-3-depleted media for 1 week and total RNA was collected. Microarray analysis was performed and changes in the gene expression between the reference RNA and the RNA collected from Ba/F3 TEL-JAK2 cells were calculated. Genes that are induced or suppressed by two fold or greater were identified.
