cAMP induces cell death in MOPC315 cells. MOPC315 cells were incubated for 24 h with the indicated concentrations of forskolin (A), with vehicle (open circles) or 50 μM forskolin (closed circles) for the indicated incubation times (B), or with the stated concentrations of 8-CPT-cAMP (C) or prostaglandin E2 (D) for 24 h.
