Cladribine induces cell cycle G1 arrest in MM cells. A, U266 cells were cultured with RPMI1640 (0.5% FBS) in the absence or presence of cladribine (2 μmol/L) for 24, 48, or 72 hrs. Cells were harvested and subjected to flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle distribution. Data shows the representative of three independent experiments. B & C, RPMI8226 (B) and MM1.S (C) cells cultured with RPMI1640 (0.5% FBS) in the absence or presence of cladribine for 24 hrs were harvested and subjected to flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle distribution.
