GP88 induces anchorage independent colony formation and confers letrozole resistance comparable to E2. A: AC1 cells (1 × 104 cells/well in 6-well plate) were plated in soft agar plates as described in the Method section in (A) PRF-ChX with and without 300 ng/ml GP88 (P), 25 nM androstenedione (AD) and 200 nM letrozole (L) for 2 weeks.
