HUVECs were seeded in upper compartments of AP48 chamber, and untreated or treated with LGD1069, in the presence of 2 ng/ml VEGF. Cells on the lower face of the membrane were counted by the method described under materials and methods. Vehicle (DMSO) was utilized as a control.
