NDRG2 mRNA levels in 19 different human tissues composed of paired normal and tumor samples. The Cancer Profiling Array II was hybridised with a 32P-labelled probe for NDRG2. Each dot represents one tissue sample and the intensity of each dot was measured with ImageQuant. In 30% of tumor samples, NDRG2 mRNA levels were down-regulated by at least 2-fold compared to the corresponding normal tissue. In 8% of tumor samples, NDRG2 mRNA levels were increased by 2-fold or more compared to the corresponding normal tissue. N = normal tissue and T = tumor tissue.
