From: Activated CD4+T cells enhance radiation effect through the cooperation of interferon-γ and TNF-α
Effect of aCD4 and cytokine presensitization on apoptosis in Hela cells. Hela cells were pre-treated for 2 days with 1 × 104 aCD4 [aCD4 (1)] or 2 × 104 aCD4 [aCD4 (2)], followed (or not) by 4 Gy γ-irradiation. Tumor cells were labeled with FITC-conjugated annexin-V and PI and analyzed by flow cytometry. All experiments were repeated at least 2 times. Data represent mean values of each triplicate ± S.D.
