MLH1 and MSH2 mutational spectrum in two Greek patients' cohorts. This configuration reviews all the pathogenic germline mutations detected in two Greek patients' cohorts. The black circles represent the families harboring deleterious mutations which were screened in the context of our study, while the grey ones the families carrying pathogenic alterations which were identified by Apessos et al [15]. The deleterious aberrations in bold have not been reported in other populations to the best of our knowledge.
