H-7 and staurosporine inhibit S100A4-induced NF-κB activity. II-11b (A and B) and KPDX (C) cells transfected with an NF-κB luciferase reporter construct were incubated with H-7 or staurosporine prior to S100A4-stimulation. NF-κB activity is expressed as relative induction upon S100A4 treatment compared to relevant control.
