  1. 1 × 103 EAT cells were i.p. injected in BALB/C mice and the ascitis fluid was collected after 7 and 10 days to determine the percentage of apoptotic and necrotic cells. WEB2170 (5 mg/Kg; i.p.) was given 30 min before inoculation of EAT cells.
