Diagonal dotted lines in the figure is the reference line, the predicted probability is equal to the probability of the actual situation, the farther off diagonal suggests that the bigger the error of the prediction. (1) If the predicted value is equal to the actual value, the plotted fit line coincides with the reference line. (2) If the predicted value is greater than the actual value, that is, the risk is overestimated, the fitted line is below the reference lin.
