Disulfiram/copper complex induces apoptosis in cervical cancer cell lines. a SiHa and HeLa cells were exposed to 10 μM DDP, 0.1 μM disulfiram plus 0.01 μM CuCl2 (DSF/Cu) or DSF/Cu plus 10 μM DDP (DSF/Cu/DDP) in combination for 48 h.
