Design of the PANCALYZE trial: Tumor tissue samples are collected during surgery. Biomarker expression of CXCR4, SMAD4, SOX9 and IFIT3 will be assessed using immunohistochemistry. The patients are followed up to analyze if CXCR4+SMAD4−SOX9+IFIT3+ tumors will develop metastatic spread
