Additive value of the pre and post-operative lymphocyte count information for the reclassification of risk of death (continuous NRI) at 48 months after the diagnosis. Blue lines in patients without death indicate that pre and post-operative lymphocyte count information moved risk prediction in the correct (downward) direction (47/81 = 58 %). Conversely, red lines in patients with death indicate a correct, upward, change in risk assessment when using the pre and post-operative lymphocyte count information (94/160 = 59 %)
